 What You'll Do

 The Patient Care Assistant (HCA) plays a crucial role in delivering culturally responsive patient care. This position involves medical assisting, lab work, administrative and reception support&mdash;helping ensure every patient receives quality, respectful care in a welcoming environment
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Be the first point of contact&mdash;greeting patients, guests, and escorts with warmth and respect
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage check-ins, check-outs, appointment coordination, and contraceptive supply sales
 </li>
 <li>
 Measure and record vital signs; assist with clinical procedures and lab tasks under supervision
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate and respectful documentation in patient records
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver health education and support informed consent processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep the health center safe, clean, and well-stocked in alignment with patient care protocols
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with staff and contribute to a community of learning and respect

 What You'll Bring:

 ✅ High School Diploma/GED required; Medical Assistant Certificate preferred
 </li>
 <li>
