We expect to continue on a steep growth trajectory through the rest of the year and into 2027, especially as we introduce AI products to help healthcare professionals with their finances.The RoleAs Compliance &amp; Operations Manager, you will own Plannery&rsquo;s day-to-day compliance operations and serve as the primary operational interface with our partner bank, while also supporting compliance-adjacent operational workflows across the business.You will help enhance and steer our compliance management system (CMS), manage ongoing compliance requests and audits, and work closely with our external compliance advisors and bank partner to ensure we scale responsibly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys operating in regulated environments and building durable processes from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance Operations &amp; Partner Bank Management<ul><li>Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for our partner bank, managing ongoing compliance requests, reviews, testing, reporting, and follow-ups.</li><li>Own compliance execution across Plannery&rsquo;s products, including the payroll-linked personal loan product, deposit product, AI financial platform, and future products as we expand our financial wellness offering.</li><li>Coordinate monthly and quarterly compliance reporting, annual audits, and ongoing monitoring activities.</li><li>Track, manage, and close compliance-related action items and remediation efforts.</li></ul>Compliance Program &amp;
