 Position Summary:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 An experienced engineer will work under Project Engineering Department responsible to coordinate the various project execution activities during delivery/execution phase. This role is client-facing. The candidate will be part of a project team functionally reporting to a Project Manager for a specific client&rsquo;s contract. The primary role is to ensure successful delivery of digital projects as planned and to the client&rsquo;s satisfaction. In addition, the engineer will be responsible for driving recovery from schedule, cost, and/or scope deviations effectively. Should be an expert in one or more disciplines that directly affect project performance, including but not limited to planning and scheduling, project execution, estimation/cost control, value engineering, project coordination, interface management, and cross-solution integration.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Roles and Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Manage IT and digital solutions projects from planning and execution to support and handover.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with system integrators, PMT, EPCC contractors, editor and stakeholders to achieve project objectives, ensuring alignment with quality standards, scope, schedule, cost, and risk management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating resources and vendors, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing project scopes and objectives, ensuring resource availability, tracking progress, managing changes, measuring performance, reporting to management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing stakeholder relationships, performing risk management, and maintaining project documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle, while also managing project risks and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, review, execute, and monitor project execution plans / delivery schedules to ensure projects align with strategic objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboratively work under guidance of Project Manager, Delivery Engineering Manager, and Delivery Specialists to ensure projects are executed strictly as planned.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee and lead various project activities including design, configuration/build, deployment, testing (FAT/UAT, SAT/iUAT, PATs, etc.), site commissioning, and closure/hand-over.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate and communicate any scope changes to follow Change Control procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct quality reviews and certify invoicing activities from clients and suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop project progress update presentations/reports including SPIs, CPIs, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and report project performance, identifying and mitigating risks that could lead to schedule or budget deviations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hold recurring meetings with client personnel onsite during execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all design outputs and project deliverables meet business needs and industry standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Formulate and implement strategies to improve project planning, cost, schedule, and/or quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate and improve project tools, methodologies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead internal or external problem-solving teams as directed by management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct project management training to develop younger engineers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in the development of standards, guidelines, instructions, policies and procedures on an as-required basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in the review and evaluation of the capabilities of vendors/sub-contractors, suppliers, and project management related service providers
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure full alignment with company objectives, code of conduct, and established policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Undertake any other activity as reasonably requested.
 </li>

 Educational Background, Experience and Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 BSc degree in engineering, preferably computer-related field.
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 Minimum 5 years relevant experience in digitalization and software projects.
 
 
 
 Proven Track Record:
 
 as a project administrator in IT, with a solid technical background in software development and web technologies.
 
 Client-Facing:
 
 Excellent client-facing, internal communication, and written/verbal skills.
 
 Soft skills:
 
 Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multi-tasking.
 
 Microsoft Office:
 
 Proficient in Microsoft Office.
 
 Certifications
 
 : PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
 
 Digitalization Project Management:
 
 Demonstrated experience in digitalization/software development life cycle, and the wider principles of project management. Holds PMP certification or equivalent.
 
 
 
 Project Planning &amp; Scheduling:
 
 Working knowledge of planning/scheduling methods such as CPM, PERT, crunching, etc.
 
 
 
 Agile/Scrum:
 
 Holds certifications demonstrating knowledge and flexibility to apply emerging modern approaches.
 
 
 
 Software Experience:
 
 Certified in at least 1 MOM application/component (e.g., Microsoft PowerBI, etc.)
 
 
 
 Contractual Knowledge:
 
 Ability to consult client contractual documentations to ensure compliance especially regarding schedule, cost/financial, and quality.
 
 
 
 Personality:
 
 Project-driven with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Flexible to handle wide range of coordination tasks. Eager and able to learn quickly and independently.
 
 
 
 Communication Skills:
 
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
