 We are seeking an experienced
 
 Head of Project Warehouse &amp; Site Logistics
 
 to join our team for a major construction project in the UAE.
 
 
 
 
 
 🔑 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead warehouse and site logistics operations to ensure peak efficiency and customer satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise, organize, and train warehouse staff, ensuring safe and productive work practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee daily operations including inventory, logistics, transportation, and site material handling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement logistics plans aligned with project schedules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with project management, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage logistics budgets and optimize costs without compromising quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reports and performance analyses for project management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Desired Candidate Profile
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Minimum 5-10 years of experience
 
 in warehouse and logistics management within construction or heavy industry projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in bulk material handling or equivalent complex industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with logistics software and tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (second language is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Immediate availability is highly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to work and live in containers
 </li>
