We are looking especially for part-time year-round and full-time or part-time seasonal staff for the Spring/Early Summer window.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with product selection and design consultation.</li><li>Care for and maintain flowers, greenhouse plants, and floral materials to ensure quality and freshness.</li><li>Support daily retail operations, including merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.</li><li>Assist with special events, holidays, and seasonal promotions.</li><li>Learn to design and produce floral arrangements, bouquets, and custom orders for a variety of occasions, if interested.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Team-oriented, dependable, and flexible with scheduling needs, including weekends and holidays as required.</li><li>Knowledge of floral care and handling is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>A creative and supportive work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.</li><li>Competitive compensation based on experience.</li></ul>Pay: From $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
