<div>We are seeking qualified individuals for the role of Assistant Plant Manager to manage our facility in Moline, IL.
Responsibilities and Requirements:<ul><li>
Hands-on knowledge and experience with technical plastic injection molding process, quality, tooling, and materials management systems.</li><li>
Environment is fast-paced, action-oriented, and high-energy.</li><li>
The individual must have high-level organizational and time management skills to balance time and priorities.</li><li>
Position is responsible for the overall efficiency, safety, and profitable operation of the facility.</li><li>
Requires coordination of all production floor activities, including scheduling needs, toolroom, and equipment maintenance.</li><li>
Candidates must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to build an effective team.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Manufacturing 5 years</li><li>
Management Experience: 1-3 years</li><li>
Plastics injection molding: 5 years</li></ul>
