Job Title: Sales Executive &ndash; Plastic Manufacturing UnitTo generate sales and develop new business for plastic manufacturing products by identifying customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new customers in industries such as packaging, FMCG, food &amp; beverage, construction, and industrial sectors.</li><li>Promote and sell plastic products (e.g., plastic containers, sheets, films, molded products, packaging materials, etc.).</li><li>Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.</li><li>Prepare and submit sales quotations, proposals, and follow up on approvals.</li><li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.</li><li>Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.</li><li>Collect market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and customer requirements.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and post-sales support professionally.</li><li>Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales records, DSRs, and customer databases.</li><li>Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and client visits.</li><li>Comply with company policies, safety standards, and ethical sales practices.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred).</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of sales experience in plastic manufacturing or related industries.</li><li>Strong knowledge of plastic materials, manufacturing processes, and applications.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (preferred).</li><li>Ability to work independently and under pressure.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Sales revenue and target achievement</li><li>New customer acquisition</li><li>Customer retention rate</li><li>Collection efficiency</li><li>Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,500.00 per month
