 About the Role
 
 
 
 As a ServiceNow Consultant, you&rsquo;ll collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure seamless implementations of ServiceNow modules&mdash;primarily ITSM and Service Portal. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize their platform investment while aligning solutions with best practices.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and support end-to-end implementations of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, Service Portal, and ITOM modules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support clients with user training, documentation, and post-implementation assistance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a point of contact for issue resolution and ongoing improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, Service Catalog, ITSM, and Service Portal.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to run client workshops and deliver user training.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Required Certifications:
 
 ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITSM.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

 What will you do?
 
 
 
 As a
 
 ServiceNow Delivery Manager
 
 , you will be jointly responsible (with the Commercial Account Lead) for leading a delivery team in our Riyadh entity. Your team will serve a defined set of strategic customers and operate within a specific business unit. As a senior leader within Plat4mation, you will also contribute to developing and implementing company-wide delivery standards, continuously improving operations beyond your own team.
 
 
 You lead by example, are a role model for our Core Values, and are hands-on when needed. In this role, you will also support, guide, and steer pre-sales efforts while maintaining strong relationships with clients and your team.
