<div>The Senior Accountant / Senior Bookkeeper (Senior Business Advisor) is a key part of our team. You will perform general bookkeeping, payroll and business advising for a variety of individual and business clients. Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships by providing the highest level of service and oversight to the people we work for.

What you will do:<ul><li>
Provide accounting and advisory services for a variety of clients, including individuals and businesses in a variety of industries.</li><li>
Perform general accounting duties including entering transactions and reconciling general ledger, credit card, and cash accounts; propose and record journal entries.</li><li>
Perform complex adjustments and reconciliations on books; clean-up of accounting systems and records.</li><li>
Utilize accounting software and systems to prepare financial reports, ensuring adherence to accounting standards such as GAAP</li><li>
Propose and setup accounting systems and services for new clients</li><li>
Prepare payroll and payroll tax returns; prepare and file sales tax returns, record and report fixed assets and personal property.</li><li>
Utilize strong industry knowledge and research abilities to provide high level service on complex projects.</li><li>
Proactive risk and compliance assessments, and best practice recommendations to clients.</li><li>
Oversee and review work from entry level staff.</li><li>
Train and oversee staff accountants</li><li>
Manage personal and team projects, manage competing priorities and ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to deadlines.</li><li>
Develop relationships with clients and gain understanding of their finances and businesses.</li><li>
Interpret financial reports provided by clients, and within accounting software.</li><li>
Propose and record journal entries for business clients.</li><li>
Build knowledge of tax laws and accounting practices to better serve our client&rsquo;s needs.</li></ul>
What we look for:<ul><li>
3 - 5 years professional accounting experience, preferably in for or across multiple clients and industries.</li><li>
Superior accuracy and technical expertise, knowledge of client industries.</li><li>
Excellent communication, attention to detail, strong analytical skills</li><li>
Expert use of with accounting software &amp; systems, and ability to learn new systems quickly</li><li>
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Proactive problem solving and project management</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>
Experience with QuickBooks Accounting Software</li></ul>

The expected salary range for this role is $70,000 - $120,000 per year, which represents a good faith and reasonable estimate. Compensation decisions depend on numerous factors including bona fide qualifications and the facts and circumstances of each case at the time of hiring. Relevant qualifications include, but are not limited to employee education, training, skillset, credentials/certifications, relevant work experience, geographic work location (including if the employee will be hybrid or fully in-office), the scope and responsibilities of the role, internal level and peer equity, and market considerations.

<div>The Senior Business Advisory Manager is a key part of our team. In addition to the
traditional roll-up-your-sleeves preparation and review, the role requires a strong sense of

This role is responsible for overseeing and scaling the firm&rsquo;s business advisory function, including accounting and strategic consulting services. This role combines deep technical expertise with high-level leadership, driving client outcomes, team performance, and operational excellence. You will develop the advisory team, partner with other firm leaders to execute strategic initiatives, and ensure delivery of high-quality financial guidance, financial planning, and business consulting services. Oversee and provide high-level accounting and business advisory services, including bookkeeping, sales tax, KPI tracking and financial reporting.</li><li>
Deliver strategic business consulting, including budgeting, cash flow analysis, internal controls, and tax planning.</li><li>
Partner with clients on long-term financial strategies and business growth initiatives</li><li>
Establish team priorities, manage workload distribution, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.</li><li>
Coach, mentor, and develop employees, including performance management and career development planning.</li><li>
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.</li><li>
Regular and reliable attendance during core work hours is essential for business operations.</li></ul>

5 - 15 years professional public accounting experience, preferably across multiple client and industry types.</li><li>
