Responsible for leading and overseeing the activities related to the administration, underwriting, and claims processing of general insurance policies - property, marine, engineering, liabilities.<ul><li>Develop and implement efficient operational processes that comply with UAE regulatory standards and company policies.</li><li>Monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.</li><li>Stay updated on UAE insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.</li><li>Ensure that the firm's operations in the UAE adhere to legal and regulatory standards.</li><li>Work closely with regulatory bodies to address any compliance-related matters.</li><li>Identify and address operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.</li><li>Supervise and lead a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support.</li><li>Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.</li><li>Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for continuous improvement.</li><li>Evaluate existing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization.</li><li>Implement best practices and technological solutions to streamline operations.</li><li>Work with IT teams to implement and optimize technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.</li></ul>Requirement:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - Must have MOFA attested document</li><li>Minimum 6 years UAE Experience in operations management within the insurance industry UAE.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of UAE insurance industry regulations and compliance.</li><li>Effective communication skills with an understanding of local business etiquette.</li><li>Proficient in using relevant software and technology solutions, considering local technology landscapes.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
