Job description:<ul><li>Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and current members, understanding their fitness goals and providing tailored recommendations.</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the gym.</li><li>Conduct timely follow-up with leads and trial members, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial contact through membership sign-up.</li><li>Participate in promotional events and community outreach activities to attract new members and increase brand awareness</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or receptionist role, preferably within the fitness, health club, or hospitality industries.</li><li>Basic understanding of fitness and wellness principles, with an interest in health and fitness.</li><li>Proficient in using computers, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with gym management software is advantageous.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li><li>Good communication skills (Arabic &amp; English)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
