Our team takes pride in delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and maintaining long-term relationships with our patients.Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced General Dentist Associate to join our team two days per week (Mondays and Tuesdays). The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent chairside manner, and solid experience performing molar root canals.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures</li><li>Confidently perform molar root canals and other endodontic treatments</li><li>Deliver exceptional patient care with an emphasis on comfort, communication, and long-term oral health</li><li>Collaborate with our dental team to ensure high-quality and efficient patient experiences</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school</li><li>Active NJ dental license in good standing</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience required</li><li>Strong endodontic skills (including molar root canals) required</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Mondays and Tuesdays only</li><li>Monday: 8:30-7:00pm, Tuesday: 10am-8:00pm</li></ul>Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience and production.
