Role OverviewYou&rsquo;ll own the marketing strategy, content, and performance tracking for both Platinum Lawns and Platinum Holiday Lights. Your goal is to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through social media, website management, and digital advertising.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business</li><li>Manage content creation (photo, video, posts, seasonal promotions)</li><li>Maintain and update websites for both divisions (WordPress or similar)</li><li>Manage online advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO)</li><li>Design marketing materials (flyers, banners, postcards, etc.)</li><li>Track and analyze marketing performance (ROI, conversions, leads per campaign)</li><li>Oversee email campaigns and seasonal marketing pushes</li><li>Coordinate with sales and operations to align promotions with business needs</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of marketing or communications experience</li><li>Strong understanding of social media and digital ad platforms</li><li>Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS tools</li><li>Strong writing and organizational skills</li><li>Creative, detail-oriented, and self-driven</li><li>Photography or videography skills a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
