Position: Toddler Teacher (Full-Time or Part-Time)Playhouse Academy, a warm and nurturing early learning center located in Hollywood, FL, is looking for a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our growing team. We believe in child-led exploration, hands-on learning, and building strong, supportive relationships with families and children.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment for children ages 2 years old.</li><li>Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.</li><li>Assist with diapering, toileting routines, meal times, and nap supervision.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom.</li><li>Communicate positively with parents and staff members.</li><li>Support children in developing independence, language, and early self-help skills.</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members to provide consistent care and daily routines.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working with young children (toddler age preferred).</li><li>Warm, patient, and nurturing personality.</li><li>Ability to follow classroom routines and safety procedures.</li><li>Must be reliable, responsible, and enjoy working in a team environment.</li><li>DCF 45 Hours completed</li><li>High school dipoloma or equivalent</li><li>CPR/First Aid is a plus.</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation:<ul><li>Full-time or Part-time available</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday (hours flexible within school schedule)</li><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Friendly, supportive team environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Childcare</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
