We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for families in our community.Position OverviewWe are looking for an energetic, responsible, and nurturing Play Caf&eacute; Attendant / Child Minder to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children and thrives in a fun, family-focused environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and engage children in safe, creative play</li><li>Ensure the play area remains clean, organized, and safe at all times</li><li>Assist with children&rsquo;s activities, crafts, and events</li><li>Greet and interact warmly with families</li><li>Tend to self-serve caf&eacute; as needed (light cleaning, restocking and resetting tables, etc.)</li><li>Enforce safety rules and respond calmly to any issues</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with children (childcare, daycare, babysitting, teaching assistant, etc.) preferred</li><li>Friendly, patient, and energetic personality</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay attentive in a busy environment</li><li>First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)</li><li>Must pass background check</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A fun and positive work environment</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Opportunity to grow within the business</li><li>Staff discounts</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ideal CandidateYou love children, enjoy creating joyful experiences, and understand the importance of safety and customer service.
