About the Role:
If you are passionate about Early Childhood Education, whether looking to grow in this field or just be part of a great, appreciative and fun environment, we are looking for you! We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will be expected to develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and inspire a love of learning so children can reach their full potential. Come grow with us!
Minimum Qualifications Lead Teacher:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree, Associate's Degree or enrolled in a degree program leading to Early Childhood Education degree OR a Related field or CDA required 
OR</li><li>
5 years of experience working in a licensed childcare program, and enrolled in an ECE program.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience with project-based learning and lesson planning</li><li>
Associates, bachelor's degree or part of a study plan for Early Childhood Education</li><li>
2 years plus experience working with children of any age</li></ul>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the needs of diverse learners</li><li>
Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents</li><li>
Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and development</li><li>
Collaborate with colleagues and be an integral part of our growing team</li><li>
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in teaching and learning</li></ul>
Skills:
As a Teacher, you will need to have excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. You will also need strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple responsibilities. In addition, you will need to be adaptable and flexible, able to adjust your teaching style and approach to meet the needs of diverse learners ages and abilities.</div>
