<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Job Purpose</b></h2>
<p>The Vendor Relations Coordinator is responsible for minimizing organizational risk by overseeing the evaluation, verification, and approval process of contractors and subcontractors selected to support our client needs of multiple business divisions. This role ensures all vendors meet and maintain compliance with PVC standards through ongoing relationship management and performance monitoring.</p>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li><b>Vendor Compliance Review:</b> Evaluate submitted vendor documentation&mdash;including trade licenses, W-9/SS4 forms, and insurance certificates&mdash;to ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements across all serviced states.</li><li><b>
Risk Mitigation &amp; Contract Management:</b> Review and negotiate Master Subcontractor Agreements (MSAs) to ensure contract language is acceptable, consistent, and mutually agreed upon by both parties.</li><li><b>
Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting:</b> Generate and maintain detailed weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports to track vendor compliance status, escalate persistent non-compliance, and support business divisions with vendor accountability.</li><li><b>
System Support &amp; Onboarding:</b> Provide technical assistance to vendors using PVC Connect, including guidance through onboarding steps and portal functionalities to support smooth and timely setup.</li><li><b>
Issue Resolution &amp; Stakeholder Collaboration:</b> Serve as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to mediate disputes, address payment and pricing concerns, and ensure resolution of escalated issues through cross-functional collaboration.</li></ul>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h2>
<ul><li><b>Experience in Vendor Relations:</b> Minimum of one year of experience in a vendor relations or similar role required.</li><li><b>
Education &amp; Experience:</b> Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred; alternatively, candidates with one to three years of related experience (with a degree) or three to five years of experience (without a degree) will be considered.</li></ul>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Job Purpose</b></h2>
<p>A Facility Coordinator at Pleasant Valley Corporation serves as the primary point of contact for nationwide clients. This role is responsible for addressing and resolving commercial facility-related maintenance issues while ensuring the successful delivery of services to sustain client satisfaction.</p>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li><b>Client Response and Issue Resolution: </b>Promptly respond to client maintenance requests, assess concerns, and follow established procedures to resolve issues through the work order life cycle.</li><li><b>
Vendor Management:</b> Create work orders, solicit bids, assign service agreements, and manage subcontractors and vendors to address maintenance problems, ensuring quality service delivery.</li><li><b>
Work Order Management:</b> Manage an average of 50 to 70 open work orders concurrently, closing an average of 5 per day.</li><li><b>
Communication and Documentation:</b> Maintain continuous communication with vendors, document progress, and ensure customer satisfaction, using the PVC Connect system and Customer Portal.</li><li><b>
Process Adherence and Performance Monitoring:</b> Follow company guidelines for operating procedures, monitor vendor performance, and resolve outstanding service issues to ensure timely and quality project delivery.</li></ul>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h2>
<ul><li><b>One to three years of related experience</b> and a high school diploma, GED, or college certificate required.<br>
</li><li><b>
At least one year of experience</b> resolving client issues within a facilities management, service business, or customer call center.</li><li><b>
Telephone-Based Customer Service Skills:</b> Demonstrated success in a telephone-based customer service role.</li><li><b>
Technical Proficiency: </b>Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM software, data entry, scheduling, and reporting.</li><li><i>
Basic knowledge of construction and general trades is a plus.</i></li></ul>
