Our green, negative-carbon campus combines academic excellence with innovation, robotics, sports, wellness, and entrepreneurship programs to create well-rounded citizens of tomorrow.Key Responsibilities Parent Engagement &amp; Counselling<ul><li>Serve as the primary contact for admission enquiries (walk-in, website, WhatsApp, clinic surveys, or referrals).</li><li>Understand parent needs and counsel them about the school&rsquo;s philosophy, curriculum, and facilities.</li><li>Conduct guided campus tours showcasing classrooms, innovation labs, sports, and wellness areas.</li><li>Build trust and ensure parents feel confident in choosing the school.</li></ul>Admission Process &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Maintain accurate enquiry and lead records in CRM / Google Sheets.</li><li>Schedule and follow up on parent meetings, assessments, and interviews.</li><li>Coordinate between parents, academic coordinators, and the administrative office.</li><li>Track leads through all stages &mdash; Enquiry &rarr; Visit &rarr; Application &rarr; Admission &mdash; and report daily progress.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Follow-Up<ul><li>Handle WhatsApp, email, and phone communication professionally.</li><li>Share admission forms, fee structures, and policies transparently.</li><li>Follow up on warm leads and send gentle reminders and thank-you messages.</li><li>Maintain polite, empathetic, and consistent communication tone.</li></ul>Reports &amp; Insights<ul><li>Prepare weekly admission reports for the Project Coordinator / Principal.</li><li>Record parent feedback and suggest improvements in communication or visitor experience.</li><li>Support marketing initiatives (open house events, school fairs, hospital outreach programs).</li></ul>Skills &amp; Attributes<ul><li>Excellent communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi.</li><li>Friendly, empathetic, and confident personality.</li><li>Strong listening and persuasion skills.</li><li>Ability to handle parent queries with patience and accuracy.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools).</li><li>Organized, disciplined, and self-motivated.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any field (Education, Psychology, Communication preferred).</li><li>0&ndash;3 years of experience in counselling, front office, or education admissions.</li><li>Fresh BBA/ MBA graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome</li></ul>Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 7 monthsPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
