Our Tax &amp; Deal Advisory team specializes in New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) and other federal incentive programs, working with global manufacturing and investment companies expanding in the U.S.Position Summary:We are seeking a part-time bilingual (Japanese-English) associate to support our Tax &amp; Deal Advisory practice and general firm operations. The role includes assisting partners with client engagements, schedules, and administrative coordination.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support tax and deal advisory projects, including New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) and investment incentive programs.</li><li>Assist partners with client communications, scheduling, and documentation.</li><li>Conduct research and analysis related to financial incentives, regulations, and client deliverables.</li><li>Provide general affairs and administrative support across partners and departments.</li><li>Coordinate business trips and external meetings when required.</li><li>Prepare and translate documents (Japanese&ndash;English as needed).</li><li>Provide Japanese&ndash;English interpretation during partner meetings, client visits, and sales presentations.</li><li>Support client relationship management by assisting with communications, hospitality, and follow-up coordination.</li><li>Drive partners or clients during business trips and local client visits as required.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Native-level Japanese and fluent English required.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field (preferred). No prior experience required; open to highly motivated fresh graduates.</li><li>Must reside in Georgia (GA), Michigan (MI) or Texas (TX).</li><li>Must hold a valid driver&rsquo;s license and be able to travel by air as needed (up to 50% travel).</li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.</li></ul>Location: Choice of office &ndash; Atlanta, GA; Troy, MI; or Houston, TX (based on candidate preference and business needs).Employment Terms:<ul><li>Choice of office &ndash; Atlanta, GA; Troy, MI; or Houston, TX (based on candidate preference and business needs).</li><li>Part-time for the first 3 months (not applicable for manager level)</li><li>Potential for full-time conversion based on performance.</li><li>Hourly rate: $25+ (commensurate with experience).</li><li>Remote work permitted until further management decision; field visits required upon request.</li><li>Visa or Green Card sponsorship available for qualified candidates.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $25.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Houston, TX 77057
