<ul><li>Employment-based cases: EB-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, EB-2/EB-3 PERM, and EB-5.</li><li>Family-based cases: Marriage-based green card (I-130/I-485) petitions.</li><li>Nonimmigrant visa cases: H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, TN, F-1, etc.</li><li>Assist attorneys with drafting petition letters, RFE responses, and client correspondence.</li><li>Communicate with clients to collect evidence, prepare forms, and manage case timelines.</li><li>Organize and maintain case files (both physical and digital) with accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Conduct legal and factual research as needed.</li><li>Coordinate with USCIS, NVC, DOL, and other government agencies for case tracking.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
