The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:
$77,400.00 - $116,000.00
Purpose Statement: Responsible for directing and coordinating the effectiveness of all purchasing activities and personnel supporting the challenging needs and service levels expected from stakeholders. 
Provides daily direction to the procurement team.
Key Job Accountabilities:<ul><li>
Mentor and manage the procurement team to ensure optimum effectiveness while acting as a role model and projecting a positive attitude. This includes assigning and monitoring workload distribution among team members based on the individuals experience and capabilities.</li><li>
Ensure the procurement team follow the appropriate escalation process, participate in this process as required and drive team members to meet or exceed targets set forth in purchasing execution metrics.</li><li>
Act as a liaison between the tactical materials organization and customer facing teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.</li><li>
Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.</li></ul>
Education/Experience Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree with 5 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.</li></ul>

Detail oriented.</li><li>
Self-starter with the ability to operate without constant direction.</li><li>
Ability to work in a dynamic environment across various functional business groups.</li><li>

Purpose Statement: To fabricate mechanical components for test equipment for use in manufacturing and product development prototypes.
Key Job Accountabilities:<ul><li>
Perform work in a neat and professional manner, maintains work area and assists in maintaining the Plexus Engineering Solutions Lab to 6S standards.</li><li>
Support ongoing efforts to improve the fabrication process so that Plexus Technology Group remains competitive. Identify and offer suggestions for process improvement so as to improve quality and/or reduce cost.</li><li>
Provide quality products and services to all internal and external customers.</li><li>
Fabricate and assemble components/complete systems based on prints or as directed by engineering.</li><li>
Support CAD/CAM efforts as needed and provide proper feedback to engineering teams</li><li>
Own equipment maintenance and stock items for the shop.</li></ul>
Education/Experience Qualifications:<ul><li>
A minimum of an Associate's degree in machining or related field is required.</li><li>
3-5 years of related experience is preferred.</li><li>
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.</li><li>
Prioritizing skills, assertiveness, and the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects are essential.</li><li>
Self-motivated with an ability to work with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.</li><li>
Ability to fully operate CNC machines and all manual machining processes.</li></ul>
