$43,100.00 - $64,700.00
Salary Range: $40,300 - $74,000
Leveling Note: The salary range listed represents a spectrum of experience from Level I, Level II, through Senior (Sr.) roles. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply. We will determine the final level and corresponding compensation based on the candidate's specific experience, skills, and qualifications demonstrated throughout the evaluation process.
Purpose Statement: This Supplier Quality Technician role plans and executes activities pertaining to the evaluation and disposition of products received from component suppliers, corrective actions and supplier monitoring.
Key Job Accountabilities:<ul><li>
Supports the collection of supplier Quality performance information in order to monitor supplier performance.</li><li>
Reviews part specifications to define, create and set up Inspection Plans to ensure correct parts are received and verified for product quality prior to release for manufacturing. 
Monitors and updates part quality settings for inspection routing (JDE) and assignment of inspection criteria (TIPQA).</li><li>
Supports management of nonconforming materials through problem investigation, reporting activity or segregation of nonconforming parts assigned as the Supplier&rsquo;s responsibility.</li><li>
Assists Quality Engineers in determining supplier at fault issues from production, and interfacing with SQE's on Corrective Action issuance.</li></ul>
Education/Experience Qualifications:<ul><li>
Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience.</li><li>
A combination of education, experience, and time in field will be taken into consideration, and internal candidates may have distinct requirements tailored to their demonstrated skills and contributions within the organization.</li></ul>
Other Qualifications:<ul><li>
Broad understanding of materials, manufacturing technologies and processes.</li><li>
Good understanding of GD&amp;T and Part specification drawings reading.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Role will support operational teams in a manufacturing environment with required personal protective equipment. Facilities include comfortable temperatures, repetitive low noise level and suitable lighting for required tasks. May require walking, standing and sitting, using a computer, and other office equipment. Direct interaction with people and equipment is event driven and will include activities related to inspecting, qualifying, troubleshooting and improving jigs, fixtures, and manufacturing methods using different types of components or material. Role may require working individually on tasks with a prolonged focus on written material, working collectively as part of a team of various disciplines and backgrounds and working in multiple software systems.</li></ul>

Purpose Statement:
The Data Governance &amp; Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing the global strategy, framework, and policies for data governance, data classification, retention, and related metadata management. Additionally, this role is responsible for compliance with applicable international data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, PIPL, CCPA/CPRA, etc.) across our operations.
This individual must be a persuasive leader, with experience educating company leaders on data-related risks and opportunities, building strong alliances to gain organizational buy-in, and working as a hands-on partner with functional leaders to integrate data governance seamlessly into our business operations
Key Job Accountabilities:<ul><li>
Design, implement, and lead the enterprise-wide data governance and compliance strategy, vision, and roadmap.</li><li>
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the program's effectiveness, maturity, and business value.</li><li>
Serve as the subject matter expert on global data privacy and protection laws (GDPR, PIPL, CCPA/CPRA, etc.) impacting our global operations.</li><li>
Establish an effective data governance system of management through which business functions embrace data governance responsibilities and integrate controls into their day-to-day operations.</li><li>
Develop a practical data classification schema, define and manage enterprise data retention schedules, and establish a unified enterprise data glossary and metadata catalog to create a common business vocabulary.</li><li>
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure and demonstrate compliance.</li><li>
Oversee data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and manage the data incident response process in partnership with the Cybersecurity team.</li></ul>
Education/Experience Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience: 6-10 years of experience in data governance, data management, compliance, or data privacy.</li><li>
Global Experience: Experience navigating and leading compliance with major international data privacy regulations, such as GDPR (for Scotland/Romania) and PIPL (for China), in addition to US privacy laws.</li><li>
Program Building: Proven track record of building and implementing a data governance system of management.</li><li>
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of data management principles, data architecture, and data quality.</li><li>
Leadership: Strong influencing and communication skills. Ability to translate complex legal and technical concepts into clear business terms for executive audiences.</li><li>
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.</li></ul>
