The Role:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be a driving force in shaping the visual identity of our brand across print, digital, environmental, and social media channels. You will create visually compelling assets that directly contribute to product launches, global campaigns, and critical sales initiatives. Success in this role will be measured by the creative impact you bring to major projects and your mentorship influence on the broader design team.

What You Will Accomplish (KPIs):

<li>Deliver innovative creative assets for major product launches and global campaigns.</li>
<li>Design packaging solutions that meet brand, regulatory, and vendor requirements.</li>
<li>Lead creative direction for global or national events with standout signage, stage designs, and digital visuals.</li>
<li>Establish and reinforce brand standards through updated style guides and ensure compliance across internal teams and vendors.</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Concept &amp; Design Leadership:
<ul><li>Develop, pitch, and produce concepts across diverse formats: from digital ads and mobile banners to brochures, social posts, and event signage.</li>
<li>Lead primary and secondary product packaging designs that set industry standards for functionality, trend alignment, and brand impact.</li>
<li>Design and execute environmental and stage signage for major global events, coordinating directly with outside vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.</li>
</ul></li><li>Collaboration &amp; Execution:
<ul><li>Partner closely with Art Directors, Photographers, and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute high-impact photo shoots, including prop sourcing, talent casting, and location scouting.</li>
<li>Update and enforce internal and external brand style guides to maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.</li>
<li>Organize creative assets efficiently within server and DAM environments like BrandFolder, ensuring easy retrieval and brand integrity.</li>
</ul></li><li>Innovation &amp; Quality Assurance:
<ul><li>Keep pace with evolving design software trends and identify areas for technology-driven improvements.</li>
<li>Apply detailed understanding of print processes to ensure the highest quality production output across projects.</li>
<li>Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and openness to feedback.</li>
</ul>
</li></ul>Performance-Based Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Educational Foundation:
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.</li>
</ul></li><li>Proven Expertise:
<ul><li>8+ years (preferred 10+) of professional graphic design experience across corporate or agency environments, with an emphasis on both print and digital channels.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success leading packaging and campaign design projects that have delivered measurable business impact.</li>
<li>Strong direct selling experience is a plus.</li>
</ul></li><li>Technical Mastery:
<ul><li>Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li>
<li>Deep understanding of digital best practices across email, mobile, and social platforms.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of project management solutions like WorkFront and DAM tools like BrandFolder.</li>
<li>Animation skills are a major plus for elevating digital asset capabilities.</li>
</ul></li><li>Solution-Oriented Skills:
<ul><li>Superior collaboration, client management, and communication skills that drive cross-functional success.</li>
<li>Proven ability to conceptualize and execute on tight deadlines without compromising creativity or quality.</li>
</ul></li><li>Security &amp; Best Practices:
<ul><li>Ensure all creative outputs align with regulatory requirements, vendor guidelines, and internal brand standards.</li>
<li>Advocate for innovation and continuous improvement by proposing state-of-the-art solutions to common design challenges.</li>
