Currently, we are in search of a skilled full-time Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Maintenance Technician is to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community for the benefit of all residents, visitors, and staff:<ul><li>
Perform any and all property maintenance needs</li><li>
Prepare apartments for new residents</li><li>
Completes work orders</li><li>
Basic Carpentry</li><li>
Plumbing</li><li>
Electrical Systems</li><li>
Mechanical Systems</li><li>
Small Appliance Repair</li><li>
Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas</li><li>
HVAC service and repair (willing to train)</li><li>
Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash</li></ul>

Requirements:
<ul><li>Maintenance or &quot;handyman&quot; experience</li><li>
Apartment/multi-family maintenance experience a plus</li><li>
Valid driver's license</li><li>
Reliable transportation</li><li>
Tools (hammer, screwdrivers, channel locks, multi meter, Allen wrenches, pliers, knife, flashlight)</li><li>
Able to respond to afterhours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation</li></ul></div>
