Accounts Executive-E-CommerceRequirements:<ul><li>0-1 years operational experience in the eCommerce / Retail / Internet industry. Freshers can also</li></ul>apply.<ul><li>BCom / MBA preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work in an organized manner &amp; in a timely fashion.</li></ul><ul><li>Great communication skills, both in Hindi and English.</li></ul><ul><li>Ninja-level skills with MS Excel.</li></ul><ul><li>Good listener and a quick learner.</li></ul><ul><li>A calm demeanor such that you are able to handle pressure situations that are bound to happen.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Managing the eCommerce operations of a number of clients depending on the size of the</li></ul>accounts.<ul><li>Ensure that all the products of the clients are listed correctly on all marketplaces.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage Daily Order Processing &amp; Account related daily operations.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle and resolve client escalations.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by reporting manager.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that the orders are fulfilled smoothly by the clients&rsquo; warehouse staff.</li></ul><ul><li>Report on numbers to the reporting manager and the client.</li></ul><ul><li>Create daily task reports.</li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to overall growth of the client / account.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
