Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be essential in managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting tenants and visitors with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Handle data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Excel Workbooks to update client files, property listings, and transaction records</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems for documents, contracts, and correspondence to ensure quick retrieval and compliance</li><li>Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, property showings, and meetings for agents and clients</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks to track expenses, invoices, and payments related to property transactions</li><li>Provide general office management support including supply inventory, photocopying, proofreading documents, and ensuring a tidy workspace</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven office or administrative experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Excel Workbooks tools for effective data entry and document creation</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is desirable but not required</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual ability is a plus for serving diverse clients</li><li>Demonstrated computer literacy including typing speed and accuracy; familiarity with Google Voice text preferred</li><li>Previous experience in customer service or personal assistant roles is advantageous for supporting tenants and team members effectively</li></ul>This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the real estate industry while honing their administrative expertise.
