 As Head of Growth, you'll be working directly with the founders to build and scale our entire growth engine from scratch. You'll own every lever that drives awareness, acquisition, and activation&mdash;from paid ads to product-led loops&mdash;and create the repeatable systems that take us from early traction to category dominance.

 What you'll do:

 Own full-funnel growth systems &ndash; from paid ads and landing pages to nurture flows, conversion paths, and product-led loops.
 </li>
 <li>
 Run top-of-funnel acquisition &ndash; own paid, content, and LinkedIn strategy to grow ICP awareness and pipeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Launch and scale campaigns &ndash; events, webinars, influencer drops, partner co-marketing, and beyond.
 </li>
 <li>
 Systematize execution at scale &ndash; build repeatable processes, playbooks, and growth infrastructure to ship fast and grow efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead a forward-deployed team &ndash; manage and mentor growth contractors, freelancers, and future full-time hires, driving execution across client and internal campaigns.
 </li>
