<ul><li>Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat to ensure timely responses.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation and submission of permit applications for projects.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and permit statuses.</li>
<li>Coordinate with project managers to gather necessary documentation for permits.</li>
<li>Provide support in troubleshooting customer issues and escalating when necessary.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a knowledge base for frequently asked questions.</li>
<li>Track and report on customer feedback to improve service processes.</li>
<li>Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the team.</li>
</ul><div><b>Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li>
<li>Familiarity with permit processes in the electrical industry is a plus.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.</li>
