You&rsquo;ll be instrumental in ensuring the course remains a top-tier destination for golf enthusiasts.Duties<ul><li>Operate and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules and healthy turf growth</li><li>Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and planting to keep the course visually stunning</li><li>Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for turf care, aeration, fertilization, and soil improvement</li><li>Conduct regular lawn care routines such as fertilizing, aerating, dethatching, and overseeding to promote lush grass coverage</li><li>Maintain pathways, bunkers, greens, fairways, and surrounding landscaping to uphold high standards of course presentation</li><li>Assist with gardening tasks like planting flowers or shrubs to enhance aesthetic appeal</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform basic maintenance or coordinate repairs as needed</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of irrigation systems operation and troubleshooting techniques</li><li>Experience with landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting</li><li>Familiarity with gardening practices and horticulture principles for healthy plant growth</li><li>Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners and power tools including trimmers and blowers safely</li><li>Strong lawn care skills including fertilization, aeration, dethatching, and overseeding methods</li><li>Understanding of landscaping techniques to improve course aesthetics and functionality</li><li>Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment and perform basic repairs when necessary</li></ul>This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a vibrant environment dedicated to excellence.
