We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced <b>Registered Nurse</b> to coordinate care for patients with chronic conditions in our clinic setting. You&rsquo;ll help track gaps in care, arrange follow-ups, support patient education, and collaborate with primary and specialty providers to improve health outcomes.</div>
Location:

We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road, Quincy, CA 95971.</div>
Compensation:
<ul><li><b>Hourly Rate:</b> $46.18 &ndash; $65.84 (based on clinical pay scale)</li></ul>
Job Status / Shift Information:

Standard clinic daytime schedule</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li><b>Active California RN License</b></li><li>
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program</li><li><b>
Current CPR certification</b></li><li><b>
3+ years</b> in acute care, urgent care, or outpatient/family practice</li><li>
Strong EMR skills + ability to organize, triage, and communicate clearly</li></ul><br>
