We are looking for a creative and motivated Photographer/Videographer to join our Creative team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys photography, videography, editing, and creating content for digital marketing and e-commerce. The position is hands-on and offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You&rsquo;ll be Doing: 


Video Pre-Production &ndash; 10%
<ul><li> Design, transport, set up, and operate production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Work with Creative Service Manager on storyboards/scripts and production schedule.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Manage talent pool. Provide options to Manager.</li></ul>

Video Production &ndash; 20%
<ul><li> Operate video cameras, on location or in the studio.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Capture or produce audio segments.</li></ul> 


Video Post-Production &ndash; 30%
<ul><li> Edit video segments on a variety of digital formats.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Edit audio segments.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Manage acquisition of stock video, audio or graphic elements.</li></ul> 


Photography &ndash; 30%
<ul><li> Produce product photography, on location or in studio.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Image post-production, color adjustments, clipping paths.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Resize and save to many digital formats.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Maintain photo library and integrity of naming structure within archive.</li></ul> 


Equipment/Studio/Asset Maintenance &ndash; 10%
<ul><li> Complete trouble and preventive maintenance reports on video and audio production equipment; assists in repair and upkeep of studio and production sets and properties.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Maintain equipment inventory and studio production schedules.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Manage Master Folder Archiving of all elements.</li></ul>

What You Will Bring:
<ul>
<li>2-3 years of experience in photography and videography (portfolio required)</li>
<li>Strong photography, videography, and editing skills</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment</li>
<li>Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to assist where needed</li>
