 We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution of our recruiting process.
 
 
 This is not a recruiter sales role and this is not a hiring manager role. We are looking for someone who can own recruiting administration, applicant tracking, candidate follow-up, interview coordination, and recruiting workflow management.
 
 
 Our company operates in the residential construction and plumbing industry and hires a variety of field, warehouse, office, management, and leadership positions.
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous recruiting coordination experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous Spark Hire and Spark Recruit experience (required)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal English
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 Reliable internet connection
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work during overlapping Eastern Time business hours
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable managing multiple open positions simultaneously
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Responsibilities

 <li>
 Monitor all incoming applicants
 </li>
 <li>
 Review applications for minimum qualifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Send and track Spark Hire interview invitations
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with applicants to ensure interview completion
 </li>
 <li>
 Move candidates through recruiting stages
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate recruiting records
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage recruiting workflows within Spark Recruit
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule interviews with hiring managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate candidate communications
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain recruiting dashboards in Smartsheet
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate recruiting reports and hiring metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep open positions actively managed
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend recruiting process improvements and efficiencies
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate qualified candidates to leadership for review
 </li>
