 This is a work-from-office / In-Office role based in our Hyderabad, India location.
 
 
 We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support and scale our growing team in Hyderabad. Acting as the primary HR point of contact for our India-based employees, you will partner closely with business leaders and the global People team to ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
 
 
 This role blends operational HR expertise with strategic partnership&mdash;helping shape Plume&rsquo;s people strategy locally while driving the programs, processes, and culture that empower our teams to perform their best.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Serve as the HR lead for Plume&rsquo;s Hyderabad site, partnering closely with global HR, Finance, and business leaders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide full-spectrum HR support across employee relations, performance management, engagement, and development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build trusted relationships with managers to advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead HR operations for India&mdash;including onboarding, compliance, benefits coordination, and local labor law adherence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with global COEs (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Learning) to align programs with Plume&rsquo;s overall people strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support employee engagement initiatives, cultural programs, and well-being activities to strengthen Plume&rsquo;s values and team cohesion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coach managers and employees through change, performance discussions, and career development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend actions that enhance productivity and retention.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Talent Acquisition to support local hiring efforts and ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging across all people practices.

 What You&rsquo;ll Bring
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, MBA or equivalent relevant work experience also valued.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or CIPD strongly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HRBP supporting a technical or product-driven organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance, and HR operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting high-growth or multinational technology/SaaS environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and influence at all levels of the organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success balancing tactical HR execution with strategic impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-driven, analytical, and committed to continuous improvement.

 High level of discretion, integrity, and professional judgment.
 </li>
