Responsibilities:<ul><li>Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen surfaces regularly.</li><li>Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the restaurant.</li><li>Remove garbage and waste from bins and dispose of it safely.</li><li>Wash and disinfect surfaces, walls, doors, and windows.</li><li>Clean tables, chairs, and customer seating areas before and after service.</li><li>Refill supplies in restrooms (soap, paper towels, tissues, etc.).</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, drains, and equipment exteriors.</li><li>Follow safety and sanitation standards (as per food safety laws).</li><li>Report any cleaning product shortages or maintenance issues.</li><li>Support the team with general cleaning during opening and closing shifts.</li></ul>Candidates with experience in Restaurant should only apply.Job Type: Full-timePay: BD160.000 - BD180.000 per month

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commis to manage and operate our pizza oven section. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grilling techniques and pizza preparation, with a focus on high-quality ingredients and consistent execution. You will be responsible for grilling proteins and vegetables, baking pizzas to perfection in a wood-fired or stone pizza oven, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and cook pizzas using traditional and modern techniques in a pizza oven (wood-fired, gas, or electric).</li><li>Grill a variety of proteins and vegetables to specification.</li><li>Assist in dough preparation, topping setup, and oven management.</li><li>Ensure food is presented and served according to the restaurant&rsquo;s standards.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the pizza oven.</li><li>Monitor inventory and communicate any shortages or needs to the Sous Chef.</li><li>Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.</li><li>Train and mentor junior staff as needed in pizza and grill techniques.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: BD220.000 - BD250.000 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Grill Section: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>
