Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Typist with strong expertise in UAE government portals and business setup documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, typing, and processing applications across multiple government and semi-government platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Typing and processing applications in MOHRE, TAMM, DED, Notary, CICPA, and other relevant portals.</li><li>Supporting business setup services, licensing, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Handling typing for contracts, agreements, government forms, and legal documents.</li><li>Managing submissions, approvals, and renewals across different government departments.</li><li>Coordinating with clients for required documents and ensuring service completion.</li><li>Maintaining accurate digital and physical records in CRM / ERP systems.</li><li>Providing client support and handling inquiries with professionalism.</li><li>Assisting in administrative and PRO-related tasks as needed.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Typist in business setup or PRO services.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MOHRE, TAMM, DED, Notary, and CICPA procedures.</li><li>Familiarity with business setup services and UAE compliance requirements.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM / ERP systems.</li><li>Strong English communication skills (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).</li><li>Ability to deal directly with clients and handle documentation efficiently.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and time management.</li></ul>Employment Details<ul><li>Job Type: Full-time</li><li>Location: Electra Street, Abu Dhabi, UAE</li><li>Salary: Competitive, based on experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Typist: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Business Setup Services: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Supervisor to manage our day-to-day operations and project management activities. The role involves overseeing multiple teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining smooth workflows across departments.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Project Management</li><li>Oversee and manage complete project workflows from initiation to completion.</li><li>Coordinate with different teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.</li><li>Track progress in CMS/ERP system and generate regular project reports.</li><li>Office Operations</li><li>Supervise all office activities and ensure smooth daily operations.</li><li>Monitor administrative tasks, office documentation, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Client Support &amp; Relationship Management</li><li>Act as the point of contact for client queries and concerns.</li><li>Ensure timely updates, reports, and support services for clients.</li><li>Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.</li><li>Team Management</li><li>Lead and support the PRO Services Team, ensuring government transactions are processed efficiently.</li><li>Manage the Typing Team for document preparation, legal forms, and government submissions.</li><li>Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to staff.</li><li>Coordination &amp; Reporting</li><li>Liaise with management to align office goals with company objectives.</li><li>Prepare and present weekly/monthly office performance and project status reports.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as Office Supervisor / Project Coordinator / Operations Lead.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE Government processes, PRO services, and document typing workflows.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CMS systems, and reporting tools.</li><li>Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Business Setup Supervising: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Target Achieving : 5 years (Required)</li></ul>
