Job Title: Sales Executive &ndash; PEO / EOR / On-Demand Manpower Supply (Energy &amp; Industrial) Company: Plus UAE Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Industry: PEO | Employer of Record (EOR) | Contract Staffing | Manpower Supply Experience: 3&ndash;6 years (UAE market preferred)Job Summary Plus UAE is hiring a target-driven Sales Executive to grow our PEO/EOR and on-demand manpower supply business in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on B2B sales to clients operating in Oil &amp; Gas, Nuclear, Power Plants, Marine, CICPA-controlled sites, and Government/defence-linked areas, by providing compliant workforce deployment solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop new B2B clients for EOR/PEO, contract staffing, and on-demand manpower supply services</li><li>Sell manpower categories including blue collar &amp; technical staff (helpers, technicians, operators, drivers, riggers, welders, safety staff) and white collar (engineers, supervisors, admin, QA/QC, HSE)</li><li>Conduct client meetings, site visits, and stakeholder presentations to HR, Procurement, Operations, and Project Managers</li><li>Understand manpower requirements (quantity, trades, duration, site requirements) and prepare commercial proposals/quotations</li><li>Coordinate with recruitment/operations teams for mobilization, onboarding, compliance documentation, and deployment</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closure, client retention, and upselling</li><li>Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets</li><li>Track competitor activity and market demand trends in Abu Dhabi industrial sectors</li></ul>Services You Will Sell<ul><li>Employer of Record (EOR) / Professional Employer Organization (PEO)</li><li>Secondment / Resource Augmentation</li><li>Contract Staffing / Temporary Staffing</li><li>On-Demand Manpower Supply (project-based / shutdown &amp; turnaround support)</li><li>Mobilization Support (deployment readiness, onboarding coordination for controlled-access environments)</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven B2B sales experience in manpower supply / staffing / recruitment / outsourcing in the UAE</li><li>Strong network with contractors/EPCs in Oil &amp; Gas, Marine, Industrial, Facilities, Power (nuclear exposure is an advantage)</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills</li><li>Target-oriented, self-managed, and comfortable with field sales</li><li>UAE driving license preferred</li><li>Ability to work with urgency and handle multiple client requirements simultaneously</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile<ul><li>Experience selling to ADNOC ecosystem contractors / major EPCs / industrial service companies</li><li>Knowledge of staffing models: EOR, PEO, secondment, temporary staffing, project deployment</li><li>Strong closing ability and proven monthly target achievement</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Fixed salary + attractive commission (performance-based)</li><li>Incentives for long-term contracts and repeat business</li><li>Growth opportunity in high-demand industrial staffing market</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
