The Talent Sourcer owns the top of the funnel for critical and niche roles across global markets, building high-quality pipelines that accelerate hiring for the company. This role designs and executes strategic sourcing approaches, delivers market and talent insights, and partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to connect business needs with external talent.
Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, and highly matrixed global environment, the Talent Sourcer leverages data, market intelligence, and advanced sourcing tools (including AI-enabled platforms) to identify and engage passive candidates across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. What You Will Do</h2><ul><li>
Build, nurture, and manage proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, focusing on high-impact, hard-to-fill, and future-facing roles.</li><li>
Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target companies, talent pools, and skill clusters; translate findings into actionable insights for recruiters and hiring managers.</li><li>
Design and calibrate sourcing strategies for critical and niche roles, continuously refining approaches based on market signals, funnel metrics, and hiring team feedback.</li><li>
Identify and engage passive candidates across multiple channels; run personalized outreach campaigns that reflect company's brand and values.</li><li>
Leverage expert-level sourcing techniques on platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent intelligence tools, using advanced Boolean search, persona-based sourcing, and competitive mapping strategies.</li><li>
Use modern AI tools, prompts, and sourcing automations to increase efficiency and improve quality of hire; stay current on emerging recruiting technologies and apply relevant innovations to daily sourcing work.</li><li>
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify role requirements, calibrate ideal candidate profiles, and influence stakeholders using data-driven recommendations.</li><li>
Monitor and report sourcing metrics (e.g., response rates, source effectiveness, time-to-slate) and use insights to optimize processes, tools, and channels.</li><li>
Manage multiple concurrent pipelines across technical and commercial functions, ensuring timely delivery of qualified shortlists while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.</li><li>
Champion company's Core Competencies by demonstrating a customer-focused mindset, accountability for outcomes, transparent communication, operational excellence, and collaboration across regions and functions.</li><li>

What Makes You a Great Fit</h2><ul><li>
Experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with a focus on technical and commercial roles.</li><li>
Experience sourcing and attracting passive talent across global markets in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.</li><li>
Proven track record of designing and executing sourcing strategies to build pipelines for niche or hard-to-fill roles.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools (SeekOut, HireEz, or similar), plus talent intelligence tools (LinkedIn Talent Insights, Draup, Gem, or similar).</li><li>
Expertise in advanced Boolean search, persona-based sourcing, and data-driven competitive mapping for talent market analysis.</li><li>
Strong understanding of modern recruiting technologies, including AI-driven sourcing tools and CRM/ATS automations (e.g., SourceWhale, Gem), data scraping, CSV exports/imports, and delivery-rate tracking.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, including comfort working with executives and influencing internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-growing, and highly matrixed global environment.</li><li>
Strong ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>
