<div><div>PMA is currently seeking a Construction Scheduler for an exclusive assignment for one of our largest and longest-running clients in New Jersey. In this role, you will manage schedules and provide advanced analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support both internal stakeholders and client teams. This role requires hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and understanding of project lifecycle.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Organizational Responsibilities
</b></h3><ul><li>Develop, update, and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6.</li><li>
Manage summary and detailed schedules for multiple projects.</li><li>
Interpret contract requirements and integrate scheduling deliverables.</li><li>
Review and evaluate cost and resource-loaded contractor schedules.</li><li>
Track progress, identify critical paths, and analyze delays.</li><li>
Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and narratives.</li><li>
Identify risks through trend analysis and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>
Conduct what-if analyses, time-impact studies, and recovery assessments.</li><li>
Support continuous improvement of scheduling processes and best practices.</li><li>
Coordinate with project teams, meetings, and site visits to validate progress.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications
</b></h3><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.</li><li>
5+ years of hands-on experience in project scheduling and controls, preferably within the construction or engineering industries; additional project scheduling and controls management experience is highly desirable.</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and related reporting tools.</li><li>
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>
Experience reviewing and analyzing schedules from general contractors.</li><li>
Understanding of construction lifecycles and design/build delivery methods preferred.</li></ul><div>
The salary range for this position is $112,600 - $142,000.</div><div>

Final placement will be determined based on the selected candidate&rsquo;s experience, skills, geographic location, and alignment with business needs.
