As a Paid Social Senior Manager, you&rsquo;ll play a critical role in shaping strategies, building relationships, and mentoring a talented team of social professionals. This is your opportunity to lead transformative campaigns, foster innovation, and make a lasting impact for our clients.

What You Will Do

<li>Lead paid social strategies that include budget planning, media execution, and optimization, ensuring campaigns align with client goals and deliver measurable results.</li>

<li>Define advanced campaign structures and targeting methods that maximize client impact and revenue.</li>
<li>Oversee client results and social performance, providing cross-channel recommendations to enhance investment returns and achieve business objectives.</li>
<li>Mentor and manage a talented team of social professionals, deploying resources strategically to maximize individual growth and client success.</li>
<li>Coach team members on account management for platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, building their technical and client-facing expertise.</li>
<li>Champion PMG&rsquo;s proprietary technology, Alli, to improve workflows and reporting while contributing product insights that benefit the broader organization.</li>
<li>Integrate innovative technical solutions into campaigns, tailoring strategies to solve unique client challenges and drive meaningful results.</li>
<li>Collaborate with platform representatives to lead testing initiatives, roadmaps, and measurement plans that position our clients at the forefront of social media innovation.</li>

What You Will Bring
<ul>
<li>7+ years of experience in paid social strategy or a related field, with a bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>3+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to train, mentor, and coach team members on both technical and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Advanced expertise in paid social and content marketing to design and execute impactful, results-driven strategies.</li>
<li>Intermediate knowledge of marketing metrics and marketing planning and analysis to support informed decisions and optimization efforts.</li>
<li>Proficiency in managing campaigns across social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and LinkedIn to maximize client performance.</li>
<li>Advanced skills in tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and SQL to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and enhance campaign effectiveness.</li>
<li>A proactive approach to uncovering insights, refining strategies, and implementing innovative solutions to drive measurable results.</li>
<li>Strong collaboration and communication skills, ensuring alignment with clients, internal teams, and platform partners.</li>
