Job Summary We are seeking a Slitter Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining slitting machines that cut large metal coils into narrower strips with precision and efficiency. Must have manufacturing experience!Schedule: Monday &ndash; Thursday, 6:00 AM &ndash; 4:30 PM. 3-day weekend every week!Slitter Job Duties May Include:<ul><li>Set up and operate slitting machines and recoiling process, ensuring proper alignment, tension, and blade positioning for accurate cuts</li><li>Setup tension stand/overhead according to specifications</li><li>Ability to operate the banding line to process coils</li><li>Inspect raw materials and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to meet quality standards</li><li>Assist with cleanup, skid repair and keeping packaging products stocked and organized</li><li>Be able to perform basic preventative maintenance on the line</li><li>Dispose of slit edge material according to material type</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Required Education and Experience<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>2-5 years of recent, relevant experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and tooling preferred.</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working Here:<ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Team-focused environment with opportunities to grow</li><li>Work with modern equipment and tools</li><li>Safety-first culture</li><li>High Quality, Low-Cost Health Benefits</li><li>Multiple Retirement Funds</li><li>$2500 Referral Bonus</li><li>and More!</li></ul>Physical Requirements: <ul><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
