Location - HosurExperience - 1 to 2 years1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technicians, receptionists, phlebotomists, and support staff.</li><li>Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.</li><li>Handle joining formalities &ndash; document collection, ID creation, induction.</li><li>Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.</li></ul>2. Attendance &amp; Payroll Support<ul><li>Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.</li><li>Collect attendance data and support payroll preparation.</li><li>Verify overtime, night shift, and incentives for approval.</li></ul>3. Employee Engagement &amp; Welfare<ul><li>Assist in organizing employee engagement activities (festivals, health awareness programs, staff meetings).</li><li>Maintain grievance redressal records and escalate to HR Manager when required.</li><li>Support welfare initiatives such as uniform distribution, food allowances, or hostel facility management.</li></ul>4. Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain employee personal files (ID, certificates, medical fitness, offer/appointment letters).</li><li>Track statutory compliance support (ESI, PF, Professional Tax).</li><li>Assist in renewal of staff medical checkups, insurance, and training certifications.</li></ul>5. Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Coordinate internal training sessions (lab protocols, safety training, soft skills).</li><li>Maintain training attendance &amp; feedback records.</li><li>Identify training needs in consultation with seniors.</li></ul>6. Performance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Support HR Manager in performance management data collection.</li><li>Maintain probation and appraisal due-date trackers.</li><li>Prepare monthly HR reports (attrition, headcount, leave summary).</li></ul>7.
