PMR Healthcare (PMR) is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of high-impact marketing and sales initiatives. This position blends strategic promotion with sales team support. It is ideal for a marketing professional with strong creative direction and a proven track record in campaign management and/or content creation. 


This is a remote full-time position, but there may be some travel required for client events, trade shows, etc. throughout the year. 


Key Responsibilities:

You&rsquo;ll thrive in this role if you enjoy the full marketing cycle, from strategy to execution, and can bring fresh, creative ideas to the table. Here you will have the opportunity to engage with:

<li>Patient (B2C) Marketing:
<ul><li>Campaign design, planning, and implementation</li>
<li>Graphic and visual design for patient program content</li>
<li>Scripting support</li>
<li>Coordination with the operations team to support client relationship management when needed</li>
<li>Event planning and coordination</li>
<li>Website planning and coordination</li>
<li>Active research and program planning</li>
</ul></li><li>Corporate (B2B) Marketing:
<ul><li>Graphic and visual design for new corporate content</li>
<li>Coordination with the sales team for collateral creation (brochures, presentations, etc.)</li>
<li>Web marketing, social media management/creation, SEO improvement, etc.</li>
<li>Report design &amp; creation</li>
<li>Trade fair/conference attendance and promotion</li>
<li>Market research and analysis</li>
</ul></li><li>Sales Team Support
<ul><li>CRM support and monitoring</li>
<li>Market research and analysis</li>
<li>Proposal creation</li>
<li>Presentation creation</li></ul></li> 
</ul>
Position Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience marketing service-based products and/or programs.</li>
<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively across multiple platforms.</li>
<li>Highly competent with Excel and PowerPoint.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite; project portfolio appreciated.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Organized with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once.</li>
<li>Healthcare industry knowledge or experience a bonus but not required.</li>
<li>CRM experience a bonus but not required.</li></ul>

Work Environment:

This role supports operations and team members nationally, across multiple time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST). The majority of work can be completed during regular (local) business hours. This position requires reliable internet connectivity, access to secure communication tools, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. PMR will provide the office equipment/supplies needed for the position.
