Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Oracle ERP Developer to join our dynamic ERP team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle ERP applications to meet organizational and business requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop, and implement Oracle ERP modules, reports, interfaces, and customizations.</li><li>Analyze business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions within the Oracle ERP environment.</li><li>Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, forms, workflows, and APIs.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP solutions with other systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code and system performance.</li><li>Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and documentation for deployed ERP solutions.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (BSCS / BSSE / BSIT).</li><li>Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Oracle ERP development.</li><li>Strong command of Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Oracle Workflow.</li><li>Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion ERP is a plus.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, BI Publisher, or OAF Framework.</li><li>Experience with integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
