Our acquisition of ELB India (Halol, Gujarat) has further reinforced our leadership in manufacturing high-precision surface grinding machines.Position Summary:We are seeking a versatile and motivated Sales, Service &amp; Marketing Engineer to join our team. This role involves driving sales growth, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and market share of our precision machine tools.Key Responsibilities:Sales &amp; Marketing:<ul><li>Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, market research, and client engagement.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.</li><li>Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.</li><li>Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and convert leads into confirmed orders.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing team to plan and implement campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities.</li><li>Track and report on sales performance and marketing effectiveness using CRM tools (Zoho).</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.</li></ul>Service &amp; Support:<ul><li>Provide installation, commissioning, and calibration services for precision machine tools.</li><li>Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair to ensure optimal machine performance.</li><li>Conduct customer training sessions for machine operation and maintenance.</li><li>Manage AMC contracts and ensure timely service delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for prompt resolution of customer issues and after-sales support.</li><li>Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related discipline preferred.</li><li>1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and service of precision machine tools or allied products.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines, grinders, turning machines, or related equipment.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Experience with CRM software (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, service calls, and marketing events.</li><li>Self-driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;253,000.00 - &#8377;350,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Sale , Service and Marketing

1) Trouble shooting &amp; attending day to day breakdown on machine 5 axis &amp; heavy CNC turning machines/ Conventional machines2 ) Geometrical alignment checking and correction of cnc turning and hmc vmc machines3) Corrective action for repetitive &amp; frequent breakdown.4) Analysis &amp; record machine data for up time improvement5) Spare part identification for old machine &amp; record the data for new parts.6) Utility maintenance up time improvement &amp; corrective action.7) Raise Indent to purchase department &amp; follow up for timely arrival of spares.8) Follow-up with supplier for AMC &amp; maintenance repairs.9) Maintenance API audit &amp; ISO compliance as per company rules.Qualification- BE (Mechanical) / DMEJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;700,000.00 - &#8377;900,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 7 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
