Job Title: Manager &ndash; Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A)Reports To: CFO Services Lead / Engagement LeadRole Overview:The Manager FP&amp;A is responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting to support executive decision-making and business performance. This role requires strong analytical rigor, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.The Manager FP&amp;A partners closely with Controllers, CFOs, and business leaders to support planning, performance management, and investor-grade financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain operating models, budgets, and rolling forecastsPerform variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periodsDevelop cash flow forecasts and liquidity analysesSupport scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis for strategic decisionsPrepare monthly management reporting packages and KPI dashboardsTranslate financial results into clear, executive-level narrativesSupport board, investor, and lender reporting requirementsAssist with board decks, operating reviews, and strategic presentationsConduct profitability analysis by product, customer, channel, or business lineSupport pricing, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiativesAnalyze unit economics and key business driversSupport M&amp;A-related analysis, diligence support, and integration planning as neededPartner with accounting and finance teams to ensure alignment between actuals and forecastsWork with operational and functional leaders to gather inputs and validate assumptionsParticipate in finance reviews and leadership meetingsProactively identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunitiesBuild scalable, well-structured financial models in Excel and/or Google SheetsSupport FP&amp;A system implementations and reporting automationImprove forecasting accuracy, reporting cadence, and analytical rigorContribute to internal FP&amp;A templates, standards, and best practicesQualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field7+ years of experience in FP&amp;A, corporate finance, consulting, or investment bankingStrong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skillsAdvanced Excel proficiencyAbility to synthesize complex data into executive-level insightsStrong written and verbal communication skillsFluent in spoken and written EnglishExposure to accounting systemsExperience with BI and reporting toolsExperience supporting board or investor reportingJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From Rs150,000.00 per monthExpected hours: No less than 20 per weekWork Location: Remote
