The Role:We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Reddit marketing and social media growth strategies. This role is focused on driving user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness through organic and paid efforts across Reddit and other social platforms. You will experiment, analyze performance, and scale high-performing growth initiatives while collaborating closely with content, product, and design teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute growth strategies on Reddit (organic posting, community engagement, AMAs, and paid ads).</li><li>Identify and engage with relevant subreddits to drive authentic brand conversations.</li><li>Create Reddit-friendly content that follows community rules and best practices.</li><li>Manage Reddit Ads campaigns, including targeting, creatives, and budget optimization.</li><li>Monitor brand mentions and participate in discussions without violating Reddit policies.</li><li>Plan and execute growth campaigns across platforms such as Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.</li><li>Test different content formats (short-form videos, threads, carousels, memes).</li><li>Optimize posting schedules and content performance using analytics.</li><li>Collaborate with designers and writers to produce high-performing creatives.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report on growth metrics (CAC, CTR, engagement, conversions).</li><li>Run A/B tests on messaging, creatives, and targeting.</li><li>Use tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Reddit Ads, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.</li><li>Share insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.</li><li>Identify new growth channels and opportunities.</li><li>Continuously test hypotheses and scale what works.</li><li>Stay updated with platform changes and growth trends.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing.</li><li>Proven experience with Reddit marketing (organic + paid).</li><li>Strong understanding of social media growth strategies.</li><li>Experience with analytics and reporting tools.</li><li>Ability to write compelling, platform-native copy.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with strong experimentation skills.</li><li>Experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments.</li><li>Knowledge of influencer or community-led growth.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Growth Marketing: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Reddit: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Karachi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Lead Generation Specialist (Reddit)

The Role:We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow relationships with our most important clients.
