 Promo Writer
 
 focused on
 
 Crime, Thriller, and Horror
 
 categories, you will craft short-form (2 minutes) and long-form (30&ndash;40 minutes) video ad scripts that captivate users, spark curiosity, and drive measurable growth.
 
 
 This role is perfect for a creative storyteller who can hook audiences instantly, optimize using performance insights, and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will work closely with business and marketing teams to continuously refine ad content that boosts installs, engagement, and delivers low CPI.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Role Responsibilities:

 Script High-Impact Ads:
 
 Write compelling short- and long-form ad scripts for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube that promote our audio-series content and attract new users
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Story Hook Development:
 
 Identify gripping themes and powerful hooks from Crime, Thriller, and Horror stories to craft multiple high-retention scripts with maximum reach
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Data-Driven Optimization:
 
 Analyze campaign data (CPI, CTR, retention, completion rates) to refine scripts, participate in A/B testing, and iterate toward top-performing variations
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Audience-Centric Writing:
 
 Tailor scripts for American audiences, ensuring cultural resonance and content that feels native to each platform while staying true to brand voice
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills &amp; Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Experience &amp; Expertise:
 
 3+ years in copywriting or content creation, ideally in performance marketing, social media ads, or long-form content (experience in Crime/Thriller/Horror a strong plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proven Track Record:
 
 Demonstrated success in writing high-conversion ad content for platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Analytical Mindset:
 
 Ability to leverage data insights (CPI, CTR, retention) to optimize and scale content
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Cultural Fluency:
 
 Deep understanding of American audience behavior, cultural trends, and storytelling preferences
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Platform Savvy:
 
 Awareness of emerging social media trends with skill in crafting content that feels native to each platform
 </li>

 Preferred Qualifications:
