You will be responsible for managing key client relationships while driving performance across both traditional and AI-driven search.You&rsquo;ll craft compelling, in-depth content that signals expertise and authority, optimised not only for Google but for AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. At Pod Digital, we create content for search engines, AI systems, and people, ensuring our clients remain visible and relevant in an evolving digital landscape.Role Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, audiences and challenges, translating them into effective SEO and AI search strategies.</li><li>Conduct research into keywords, entities and semantic relationships that drive performance in both organic and generative search.</li><li>Develop AI search-optimised content that aligns with user intent, entity relevance and topical authority.</li><li>Create comprehensive content plans and editorial calendars based on data insights, AI prompts and audience behaviour.</li><li>Produce engaging, SEO-friendly content across blogs, landing pages, emails and social media.</li><li>Collaborate with design, social and development teams to ensure content is technically optimised and visually impactful.</li><li>Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI search, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and content performance analytics.</li><li>Audit and optimise client accounts, identifying opportunities to improve search visibility, AI discoverability and conversion.</li><li>Use platforms such as GA4, GSC, ChatGPT, Peec.ai and Ahrefs to monitor, test and refine performance.</li><li>Provide client reporting and insight that connects SEO and AI visibility to real-world business results.</li></ul>Skills and Experience:<ul><li>Strong understanding of SEO principles, AI search and generative search optimisation.</li><li>Proven ability to plan, write and optimise content for search engines and AI models.</li><li>Awareness of how AI Overviews, AI Mode and LLMs influence brand visibility.</li><li>Experience using entity-based optimisation, internal linking and schema to improve relevance.</li><li>Excellent writing skills: confident with tone, clarity and structure across multiple formats.</li><li>A critical eye for detail and an appreciation of what makes content engaging and trustworthy.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting data and drawing actionable insights.</li><li>A degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or a related subject is advantageous but not essential if you can demonstrate strong SEO and content credentials.</li></ul>Benefits of working at Pod Digital.<ul><li>Private healthcare - help pay for your dentistry or opticians</li><li>Employee of the Month - vouchers and recognition</li><li>Career development opportunities - we recognise potential and provide exposure to all areas of the business and promote when deserved</li><li>Holidays - 20 days, going up one day a year for the first five years</li></ul>Being an equal opportunity employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, colour, gender, or disability.In the first instance, please send your CV.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED73,950.00 - AED123,250.00 per year
