We provide a structured and collaborative workplace designed for focus, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Ownership and Impact You will have full ownership of infrastructure decisions and will work closely with leadership and engineering teams to shape long term technology strategy.Modern Technology Stack We work with cloud platforms, virtualization, and automation tools to ensure efficient and scalable infrastructure operations.Growth and Development We support continuous learning through certifications, training programs, and exposure to enterprise level projects.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Management Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud environmentsCloud and Virtualization Manage cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and maintain virtualized environmentsSystem Monitoring and Performance Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability through monitoring and proactive optimizationSecurity and Compliance Implement security best practices including firewalls, access control, and data protection policiesDisaster Recovery and Backup Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuityAutomation and Optimization Improve efficiency through automation of infrastructure processes and deploymentsStakeholder Collaboration Work with development and operations teams to support system requirements and infrastructure planningWhat We Are Looking ForExperience 6 plus years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or system administration At least 2 years in a senior or lead roleTechnical Skills Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Experience with networking, firewalls, VPN, and security systems Hands on experience with virtualization and containerization Familiarity with scripting and automation toolsCertifications Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or similar are an advantageProblem Solving Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issuesCommunication Skills Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholdersMindset Proactive, detail oriented, and focused on building reliable and scalable systemsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
