Description</h3>

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful technical sourcer to join our team and support our growing needs. This role presents an exciting opportunity with impactful responsibilities, including crafting sourcing strategies, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and enhancing candidate experiences. We are looking for someone adaptable, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement.

This position is a 4-month contract role running from November through February.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Collaborate with technical hiring managers to design and implement effective sourcing strategies.</li>
<li>Focus on devising tailored plans to attract candidates with diverse technical backgrounds.</li>
<li>Utilize data-driven insights to track and evaluate sourcing effectiveness, providing regular updates to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Drive innovation by introducing scalable improvements to our sourcing methodologies.</li>
<li>Partner with various teams such as Finance, HR, and Legal to ensure a seamless candidate journey and secure top talent.</li>
</ul>
EXPECTATIONS FOR SUCCESS:
<ul>
<li>At least 2 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to identify and engage diverse technical candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, as well as through resume screening and other innovative approaches.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li>
<li>A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to special projects as needed.</li>
<li>Ownership mentality with a strong sense of initiative and autonomy.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, a sense of urgency, and a track record of delivering results.</li>

 The Employer Branding Specialist is responsible for enhancing and promoting our company&rsquo;s reputation as an employer of choice. This role involves creating and implementing strategies that showcase the company culture, values, and unique work environment to attract top talent. The position works closely with the HR and Marketing teams to build a strong employer brand both internally and externally.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 :
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create compelling content (blogs, ads, social media posts, videos, testimonials, etc.) to showcase the company&rsquo;s culture, employee stories, and benefits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and optimize employer branding initiatives across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and others.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the recruitment team to ensure that the employer brand is consistently communicated during the hiring process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enhance the internal referral program with targeted campaigns to boost participation, drive quality referrals, and position employees as key talent ambassadors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop programs to encourage employees to advocate for the company as a great place to work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that the employer brand aligns with the overall corporate brand and messaging.
 </li>
 <li>
 Measure the effectiveness of branding campaigns using metrics such as candidate engagement, application rates, and feedback from new hires.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay informed about market trends, competitor employer branding strategies, and best practices.

 </ul>
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related HR functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative thinking with the ability to develop and execute unique branding strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate in US time zone (Mountain Time) -- 8pm - 4am PKT
 </li>
 <li>
 This is a hybrid role and you would be required to work onsite a few days out of the week.
