The Product Integrations Specialist is a critical player in a program that is key to our long-term success. We need someone who can coordinate the setup of direct connections between Podium and a client's customer management or order management system.

What you'll be doing:
<ul>
<li>You will coordinate standard and custom integration projects for Podium and our clients while delivering a world-class customer experience for them.</li>
<li>You will be comfortable configuring software settings and managing a work queue with a large number of requests.</li>
<li>You will work directly with customers to fulfill integration requests. Meetings will be conducted via Zoom, and you will also communicate via call, text, and email.</li>
<li>You will support Onboarding Specialists. The integrations you complete are key components in the overall success plan for the clients they manage.</li>
<li>You will solve integration issues. Technical and process issues may arise during the initial integration or as dependent platforms change. You will troubleshoot and solve these problems.</li>
<li>You will serve as an integrations expert across Podium and share customer needs for automations to continually improve the integrations we offer.</li>
<li>You will maintain high-quality documentation of the integrations that we set up.</li>
</ul>
What you should have:
<ul>
<li>MUST SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY</li>
<li>Must be geographically based in Lahore, Pakistan</li>
<li>Must be available to work onsite at our Lahore office location</li>
<li>1+ years of experience working in a Saas environment</li>
<li>Experience working through API and FTP integrations</li>
<li>Experience working with Salesforce and Tray.io (or similar) preferred</li>
<li>Demonstrated over-achievement in managing a large work queue</li>
<li>Experience working directly with clients, comfortable explaining complex technical processes in a concise way to contacts in varying roles and technical aptitude at an organization</li>
<li>You will also need to be the type of person who:</li>

 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-priority sales roles. You'll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and driving hiring success in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with sales leaders and recruiting leadership to understand hiring alignment, source ideal candidate profiles, and align on search strategies for SDR org
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end recruitment for SDR roles - from sourcing and screening through to interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a strong top-of-funnel for SDR roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve and aim to surpass recruitment metrics and individual performance goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates through various channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) hygiene and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What we're looking for:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Preferably 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth or fast-paced setting; prior experience hiring for SaaS or Tech Sales roles, especially within Go-to-Market functions, is strongly preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse is highly preferred) and recruitment tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for building strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of the talent market in Pakistan, particularly for sales and GTM roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders across all levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and project management abilities; highly detail-oriented and adaptable to change
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter who works well both independently and within a collaborative team environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed recruitment KPIs, even in a remote work setup
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Work Schedule:

 This is a remote role, though occasional in-office presence may be required
 </li>
 <li>
 Work hours: 7 PM to 4 AM Pakistan Standard Time, Monday through Friday
