 Podium is seeking a
 
 Technical Recruiter
 
 to join our team and drive end-to-end hiring for our Software Engineering organization. You&rsquo;ll play a critical role in building top engineering teams by executing high-velocity, high-quality recruiting strategies &mdash; from sourcing through close. The ideal recruiter thrives in fast-paced,

 -driven environments, builds strong partnerships with engineering leaders, and can immediately make an impact.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Software Engineering roles, partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Source and engage top talent using creative, data-driven strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage pipelines and ensure data integrity in Greenhouse (or equivalent ATS)
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide clear, data-informed updates and hiring recommendations to stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with recruiting leadership to refine process efficiencies and improve candidate experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Flex to support hiring surges or special projects across other technical teams as needed
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience for software engineering roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with an ATS (applicant tracking system), Greenhouse is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience using data to drive recruiting decisions and time management
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success hiring for high-growth or product-led tech companies
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong business partnership skills with technical and executive stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing competing priorities and delivering results in fast-moving environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, compensation structures, and candidate assessment best practices
 </li>

 What you will be doing:

 Prospect, educate &amp; qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Master the ability to evangelize the Podium story
 </li>
 <li>
 Align Podium solutions with prospect business objectives &amp; needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with sales reps to schedule prospect calls, meetings and demos
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively keep abreast of our industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Make strategic outbound calls &amp; emails daily
 </li>
 <li>
 Acquire key prospect data from the initial conversation, from the web and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in CRM
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled and deals closed
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What you should have:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Geographically located in ISLAMABAD/RAWALPINDI and MUST come into our office
 </li>
 <li>
 Speak English fluently
 </li>
 <li>
 4-year degree preferred in Business or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Two years B2B technical sales experience (or other qualified sales experience)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success in prospecting new markets and setting appointments with new business
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
