Operations Manager &ndash; Uniform DivisionOffice Pune- Lulla Nagar, PuneWarehouse: Loni Kalbhor and on siteExperience: Minimum 3-5 years in operations/supply chain/retail (experience in uniforms/apparel preferred)Salary: As per experience and market standardsResponsibilities: <ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations related to school and corporate uniform sales.</li><li>Building distribution team and resolution Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Manage inventory, stock, and distribution of uniforms.</li><li>Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards.</li><li>Support the sales team with order processing and documentation.</li><li>Manage relationship and recovery</li><li>Handle Clients relationships and meeting clients&rsquo; expectations</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Graduate (preferred).</li><li>Strong organizational and coordination skills.</li><li>Prior experience in operations, retail, or apparel industry is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to work independently and ensure smooth execution of processes.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;90,000.00 - &#8377;120,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
