Job Description: Lashes TechnicianPodoLogic Wellness &amp; Beauty Center &ndash; Al Sufouh 1, DubaiPosition OverviewsPodoLogic Wellness &amp; Beauty Center, a leading ladies&rsquo; salon in Dubai, is seeking a skilled and experienced Lashes Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical abilities, excellent client-handling skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality lash services.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Apply Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash extensions with precision</li><li>Perform lash refills, removals, lash lifts, and tinting</li><li>Consult clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles</li><li>Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized lash workstation at all times</li><li>Ensure proper sanitization of tools and compliance with salon hygiene standards</li><li>Handle client bookings, follow-ups, and retention with professionalism</li><li>Demonstrate excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business</li><li>Stay updated with new lash techniques, trends, and products</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years professional experience as a Lashes Technician</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing lash work (Classic, Hybrid, and Volume)</li><li>Good knowledge of lash mapping and styling</li><li>Should be detail-oriented, clean, and precise in application</li><li>Excellent communication and customer-handling skills</li><li>Presentable, punctual, and professional attitude</li><li>Must be currently in UAE (mandatory)</li><li>Salon experience in UAE is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Attractive salary + commission</li><li>Friendly and professional working environment</li><li>High-standard, clean salon facility</li><li>Growth and training opportunities</li><li>Supportive management team</li></ul>Work Location:Al Sufouh 1, DubaiPodoLogic Wellness &amp; Beauty CenterJob Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
