We have ambitious plans to expand in the region and want to serve both the local and international markets from our new Istanbul office.Job summary:The Sales and Marketing Assistant will play a key role in the conception, development and execution of Podogen&rsquo;s development and expansion efforts. This role will be to create and manage new customer leads, support new campaigns, promote brand experiences and develop client base. This role is for a strategic, creative marketer who has passion for creating best in class experiences, loves beauty and wants to be part of an innovative marketing team.Type of personYou MUST speak English and Turkish to a very good standard&middot; A &lsquo;can-do&rsquo; mentality: self-starter and motivated,&middot; Strong sense of corporate agility,&middot; A people person with strong communication skills,&middot; Creative flair and a passion for brand storytelling,&middot; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment,&middot; Knowing how to build and nurture strong relationships.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Manage, create and oversee companies sales and marketing strategies,</li><li>Communicate and research competitor markets,</li><li>Build a strong partnership with the development and lab teams to create breakthrough formulas and new products,</li><li>Contact new customers and sell our products and offerings,</li><li>Communicate launch plans and strategies to international regions/markets,</li><li>Manage briefings/relationships with individual customers and corporate clients,</li><li>Collaborate with Social and Digital team to ensure targets are being achieved,</li><li>Weekly reports on key performance targets,</li><li>Manage client communications including social media, online and offline,</li><li>Daily administration duties in the office.</li><li>some international travel may be required, therefore passport in a must.</li></ul>Qualification standards<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>2 + years&rsquo; experience in the cosmetics industry, specifically in sales and marketing</li><li>Exceptional creativity and innovated spirit</li><li>Ability to write breakthrough concepts and develop new ideas</li><li>Product development/formula sensitivity</li><li>Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Strong organizational and follow-up skills</li><li>Ability to work independently within deadline schedule</li><li>Ability to function in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong PowerPoint skills</li></ul>To apply for this position, please ensure you have excellent English and Turkish speaking, reading and writing.
